The BrandBuilders refund policy is individualized according to each separate BrandBuilders service.   You can find the refund policy for the specific service on that services purchase page.  

As a general refund policy, BrandBuilders will refund the customer depending on the terms of the particular service; this may or may not include situations where the customer has purchased but not yet benefited, buyer’s remorse and failure of BrandBuilders to meet customer expectations.  

Should you be issued a refund, this will take the form of a full refund, and will be refunded to the original payment method you used.
