You agree that all information you provide BrandBuilders with is your information that you are solely responsible for, or your company’s information that you have sole or joint responsibility for. BrandBuilders receive all information provided by the customer in good faith.
In the event that BrandBuilders discover a customer has provided fraudulent information intended to deceive or harm, BrandBuilders will immediately cease all operations relating to that customers account. Additionally, should BrandBuilders discover a customers’ account is being used for illegal purposes, BrandBuilders will immediately cease all operations relating to that customers account and will reserve the right to inform law enforcement depending on the nature of the activities. You are responsible for the payment of any ongoing fees that you are billed by BrandBuilders for continuing services.
These fees take the form of a recurring payment cycle to be billed monthly according to your payment method. In the event of a missed payment, BrandBuilders will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, your service will be suspended until payment is made and you will lose the use of all benefits related to your services.
